Angelus Errare Promo

Music Brings Wyoming People Together

Music is fun. We all experience it, but it means something different to each of us. Look at the photo. That is fun.

This weekend I traveled to Laramie for Angelus Errare band practice. We have two shows coming up -nothing huge- but we wanted to make sure we are ready for them. Timing, melodies, vocals.. You know band stuff. One of these shows will be the first time our band will have played in Cheyenne at The Lincoln Theater. We were supposed to play at this venue last year, but it unfortunately never got to happen. However, this time, fingers crossed, we should make the place bounce.

The Lincoln show will be especially fun as I will be playing with two of my former band mates. Stay Awhile and Hell’s Half Acre are both staring people I have known for years. This place also has other significance as it used to be a movie theater that I went to as a teen some time ago.

That’s the joy of music.

As people, we are all so busy in our lives. We meander through each other’s tapestries like threads hoping to create a canvas worthy enough to hold the most beautiful art. But time separates us…so we move on. But these chances. These opportunities are what matters. So let’s embrace the music.
